Origin Strategic Partners is an independent employee benefits consulting firm. We introduce employers to the Preventative Care Management Plan (PCMP) and Everyday Health Access (EHA) programs and serve as a local point of contact. Programs are administered by Elevate EBS and delivered by independent third-party providers.

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or benefits advice. Consult a qualified professional before making any benefits or tax decisions.

The programs described on this Site are not health insurance and are not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). They are not a substitute for health insurance. In an emergency, call 911.
